How to create a gal file manually

 

¸        Here we are dealing with printed blocks on the slide, not with plates. As an example, 2 printed blocks will be created with 4 rows and 4 columns to have a total of 32 samples:

o       On the second row, column 1 there is number 19. In this cell you should put the result from the sum of the number of blocks you are creating plus 3; in our example is 5 (2+3).

o       On the fourth row, on BlockCount= enter the total number of blocks.
