WinSCP

Install WinSCP from here, i.e.:

• Execute, execute, ok, next, next
• Select first item "Typical installation (recommended)", Next
• Choos NOT to install Uniblue, Next
• Select first item "Commander interface", Next
• Install, Finish

Configure:

• Host name: mchips.pfp.rub.de, Port: 22
• hack in your username and password
• Use SCP
• Save, Ok, Login, Yes

  Transfer files:

• This program is easy to use: The left panel shows your local computer, the right one the remote server. Initiate transfer by drag and drop. More options are presenting themselves along the way / can be found at the bottom of the window. The program will remember your session next time you start it (being even capable of storing multiple sessions connecting to different servers).
